**Role Description**: As the Manager of Sales Operations, your role is to support the origination & advisory and business development teams, ensuring they have the right tools, processes, and tech, and they can master them over time.
We are looking for a systems-thinker who enjoys refining and implementing sales processes and constantly enabling the performance and productivity of the teams they support.

This position reports to one of two Managing Partners & Co-Heads.

**Responsibilities**:
Overall, you will be in charge of improving and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable the well-managed growth of the organization.
- Select / prepare business cases for, implement, and manage sales automation tools
- Provide administration and management of our Salesforce instance
- Streamline and optimize sales processes
- Train staff on sales ops tools and processes for sales excellence
- Design and write feature requests for Salesforce developers, test features and deploy them
- Maintain and improve the quality and usability of data relating to sales, and enforce quality standards and best practices across the org
- Work with origination leadership and other functions to develop organizational sales goals
- Execute on strategic / special projects related to sales ops

**Skills and Requirements**:
You will have excellent Salesforce administration skills, as well as project management and interpersonal skills, across functions, juggling different interests of business development, origination & advisory, research & analytics, and corporate teams.
- Prior sales operations experience (3+ years), specifically the management of a Salesforce CRM instance and related sales automation software platforms (selection, deployment, maintenance)
- Prior experience in contributing to long-term, complex projects like fintech marketplaces
- Analytics and reporting expertise & skills, with strong understanding of sales processes and track record of recommending and implementing improvements
- Strong business acumen (re: go to market)
- Project management and excellent communication skills
- People management experience.
