**Key Responsibilities**:
As an Outside Sales Representative at Generations Cleaning and Building Services, you'll drive our success by:

- Account Management: Nurturing existing accounts while actively seeking and developing new business prospects.
- Cold Calling Mastery: Initiate impactful cold calls as part of our lead generation strategy.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Identify and address customer needs, delivering tailored solutions.
- Business Expansion: Secure new contracts and strategic partnerships to expand our customer base.
- Trust Building: Cultivate trust for enduring customer relationships.
- Effective Communication: Maintain seamless communication between customers and our support team.

**Requirements for Success**:

- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated sales experience is vital.
- Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Industry Insight: Experience in cleaning or building services is preferred.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM software for efficient lead management.
