We are currently looking to hire a Marketing Associate for our Canada marketing and communications team at Capgemini. This is an exceptional opportunity to be a part of a renowned company that is leading the way in business transformation. As a Marketing Associate, you will have a crucial role in promoting our marketing initiatives and ensuring the successful implementation of our marketing and communications strategies in Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams across Americas to develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine customer needs and competitor strategies
- Coordinate and manage events, webinars, and other promotional activities such as Trade shows and client events
- Support marketing campaigns, marketing operations, external and internal communications and media relations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications/writing, public relations, or related field
- Proven experience in marketing or communications roles, preferably in service industry
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in marketing, communications/writing, public relations, or business development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including experience with collaborative writing processes, a variety of corporate communication styles, and knowledge of the editorial process
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in managing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work setting with time-sensitive deliverables
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
- Your hours of work are governed by the Ontario Employment Standards Act, 2000, however due to the nature of the work, you may be required to work outside of the normal working hours, including on weekends.
