We are currently seeking a Client Intake Specialist to join our dynamic team and help us continue to deliver outstanding healthcare services.
Position Overview:
As a Client Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the intake process, ensuring that clients receive the information and support they need as they navigate their healthcare options. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather basic information from prospective clients regarding their healthcare needs and preferences.
- Schedule consultations and assessments with appropriate healthcare team members.
- Prepare and send necessary documentation to prospective clients prior to their consultations.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and information in our database.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Coordinator and healthcare providers to ensure a seamless intake process.
- Follow up with prospective clients to address any questions or concerns and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
- Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach to promote Maidstone Home Healthcare services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in intake or administrative roles, is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a strong desire to help others.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
