Compensation

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description

We are seeking qualified Registered Occupational Therapists to provide community-based occupational therapy services to adult clients within the community. This position offers a flexible work schedule and independent management of hybrid caseload volume, with virtual visits and assessments available.

  • Provide ministry-funded community-based occupational therapy services within clients' residences
  • Conduct occupational therapy assessments through interview, standardized, and informal techniques
  • Develop and implement best-practice occupational therapy interventions in collaboration with clients/caregivers
  • Provide education to clients/caregivers and link them to community agencies/resources when applicable
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Experience working in a community setting (preferable but not mandatory)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an inter-professional team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers
