Job SummaryWe are seeking qualified Registered Occupational Therapists to provide ministry-funded, community-based occupational therapy services to adult clients within their place of residence. This role offers a flexible schedule, with working hours ranging from part-time to full-time depending on your desired client caseload size.
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions in areas such as home safety, mobility, cognition, and fall prevention
- Develop and implement best practice and evidence-based occupational therapy intervention in collaboration with clients and caregivers
- Complete funding applications and maintain documentation related to assessment findings, care plans, progress, and discharge summaries according to CAR and COTO standards
- Registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (required)
- Experience working in a community setting is preferred but new graduates will be considered
- Ability to work independently and as part of an inter-professional team

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
