**Position Overview: Clinic Coordinator**

Key responsibilities include:

- **Patient Engagement**: Greet and assist patients, notify staff when patients are ready.
- **Administration**: Schedule appointments, update patient records, and manage clinic databases.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with staff to enhance patient experience and improve clinic processes.
- **Training will be provided for all responsibilities.**_

**Requirements**:

- Secondary school preferred; prior customer service or admin experience a plus
- Strong communication (English: speaking, reading, writing)
- Advanced organization skills
- Business casual dress
- Punctuality
- Task efficiency
- Flexibility to arrive 15 minutes prior to first appointment and remain until patient load and daily tasks are completed; additional time spent in office will be compensated

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
