**Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager**

**Location**: Mirabel, Quebec, Canada

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain operations, improve efficiency, and minimize costs while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations, reduce lead times, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
- **Supplier Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and implement inventory control measures to minimize excess inventory and stockouts while maximizing inventory turnover.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Oversee the transportation and distribution of goods, coordinate with logistics partners, and optimize transportation routes to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective distribution.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensure business continuity, and respond effectively to disruptions or unforeseen events.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and continuous professional development.
- **Data Analysis**: Utilize data analytics and KPIs to monitor key metrics, track performance, and identify areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize supply chain operations.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies, maintaining the highest levels of ethical and legal standards in all supply chain activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics processes, and inventory management techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex supply chain challenges.
- Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain software/tools (ERP systems, inventory management software, data analytics tools).
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Principales responsabilités**:
1. **Planification stratégique** : Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans stratégiques pour optimiser les opérations de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, améliorer l'efficacité et réduire les coûts tout en maintenant des normes élevées de qualité et de service.

2. **Optimisation des processus** : Identifier les possibilités d'amélioration des processus et mettre en œuvre des solutions innovantes pour rationaliser les opérations, réduire les délais et améliorer les performances globales de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.

3. **Gestion des fournisseurs** : Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les fournisseurs, négocier des contrats et contrôler les performances des fournisseurs afin de garantir le respect des exigences en matière de qualité, de coût et de livraison.

4. **Gestion des stocks** : Gérer les niveaux de stocks, surveiller les niveaux de stocks et mettre en œuvre des mesures de contrôle des stocks afin de minimiser les excédents de stocks et les ruptures de stock tout en maximisant la rotation des stocks.

5. **Coordination de la logistique** : Superviser le transport et la distribution des marchandises, assurer la coordination avec les partenaires logistiques et optimiser les itinéraires de transport afin de garantir une livraison dans les délais et une distribution rentable.

6. **Gestion des risques** : Identifier les risques potentiels au sein de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et élaborer des stratégies pour atténuer les risques, assurer la continuité des activités et répondre efficacement aux perturbations ou aux événements imprévus.
