**Dans votre rôle, vous devrez**:

- Participer à la gestion des bons de commandes afin d’assurer la disponibilité des pièces pour la ligne de production
- Améliorer le système de management de la performance
- Participer aux différentes réunions, quand nécessaire, afin d’aligner les différentes parties prenantes et ainsi assurer une cohésion entre les requis de la ligne de production avec les dates de livraisons des pièces
- Assurer la visibilité à sa gestion avec plans en support
- Gérer les différents indicateurs de performances clés pour assurer une exécution sans faille. Les points principaux étant:

- La livraison à temps
- Gestion des pénuries
- Exécution des messages d'exception (SAP)
- Placement des commandes en temps
- Gestion de la non qualité
- Gestion des factures
- Respect des inventaires
- Gérer les priorités en ligne avec les objectifs
- Proposer des idées d’amélioration.
- Diplôme collégial ou universitaire dans un domaine lié à l'industrie manufacturière (aéronautique, mécanique, gestion de projet, etc.).
- Connaissances de SAP est un atout
- Bilingue et avec des aptitudes pour les communications orales et écrites.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et respecter les échéanciers.
- Esprit analytique ainsi qu'une capacité à résoudre des problèmes efficacement
- Leadership, autonomie, capacité de travailler en équipe et professionnalisme.

Vous avez l'esprit logique et souple avec un sens de l'initiative et le souci du détail. Connaissances des systèmes informatiques Microsoft, GSuite

**In your role, you will**:

- Managing purchased order in order to ensure parts availability to the production line
- Participate to various meeting, when necessary, to align internal & external stakeholders, ensuring cohesion between supplier on dock dates and production line requirements
- Improve the performance management of the department
- Ensure visibility to its management with supporting plans;
- Manage the various key performance indicators to ensure a flawless execution. The main points being:

- On time delivery
- Shortages management
- Executing exception messages (SAP)
- Placing orders at the right time
- Non-quality management
- Respecting inventory target
- Invoices management
- Manage priorities in line with objectives
- Propose continuous improvement ideas
- College or university diploma in a field related to the manufacturing industry (aeronautics, mechanics, project management, etc.);
Knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Bilingual and with oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Analytical mind and an ability to solve problems effectively;
- Leadership, autonomy, ability to work in a team and professionalism;
You have a logical and flexible mind with a sense of initiative and attention to detail; Knowledge of Microsoft, GSuite computer systems.
