Ce poste est dédié au programme A220 et est situé à Mirabel, Canada. Ce poste nécessite une maîtrise du français avec un niveau commercial en anglais.

**Notre mission est de**:
Développer notre personnel, nos processus et nos outils pour diagnostiquer et anticiper la demande de pièces afin d' exécuter la montée en cadence de l'A220. Nous développons des solutions à long terme, y compris la numérisation, avec notre base d'approvisionnement pour protéger nos opérations tout en transformant l'organisation de la gestion des approvisionnements

**Dans votre rôle, vous devrez**: Diriger, coordonner et mettre en œuvre des projets d'amélioration en lien avec notre gestion de la configuration:
Fournir l'impact inventaire ($) sur les projets de changement de configuration

Consolider les informations liées au changement de configuration

Gérer les DDA (Demande de dossier d'action) pour le périmètre Supply, placer la 1ère commande et suivi de la FAI, en faisant la coordination avec Méthode, Planning, Achat, Qualité...

Assurer le reporting (outil, mesure, suivi d'actions)

Garantir le respect des process (données d'entrée, livrables)

Participer à l'amélioration des processus et des rôles et responsabilités

Supporter toutes les commodités du périmètre de gestion des approvisionnements (Equipements & Systèmes, Matériaux & Pièces, Aérostructure, Propulsion, Cabine).

Promouvoir la standardisation, l'intégration avec les méthodes de travail d'Airbus Europe et favoriser l'innovation.

Un diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, gestion ou l'équivalent;
Un minimum de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente;
Une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la gestion des approvisionnements, des achats ou de la chaîne d' approvisionnement ;
Une expérience avérée en gestion de projet ou en Lean Management ;
Esprit d'équipe et recherche de collaboration ;
Solides compétences analytiques et d'influence.

This position is dedicated to A220 program and is located in Mirabel, Canada. This position requires to be fluent in French with a business level in English.

**Our mission is**: To develop our people, processes and tools to diagnose and anticipate parts demand in order to execute the A220 ramp-up. We develop long term solutions, including digitalization, with our Supply base to protect our operations while transforming the Supply Management organization.

**In your role, you will**:
Lead, coordinate, implement improvement projects linked to Change Management.

Estimate the financial impact of a change,

Identify the Point of Embodiment (PoE) of the ideal aircraft from an inventory and supplier capacity axis,

Consolidate information linked to change management,

Lead the DDA (Change process) for the Supply perimeter, place the first Purchase order and follow-up the FAI, while coordinating with Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Contracts, Qualité...

Ensure appropriate reporting (tools, measurement, action tracker...)

Ensure the process adherence (input, output)

Participate to the process optimization including Roles and Responsibilities clarification,

Support all commodities in the Supply Management perimeter (Equipment & Systems, Materials & Parts, Aerostructure, Propulsion, Cabin, Airframe).

Promote standardization, integration with Airbus Europe ways of work
