Business Sales Advisor

**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver a world-class customer experience every time someone walks into a GBS location.
- Become a wireless/IT expert.
- Learn our products and services at a level where you can teach them to our clients.
- Promote and sell wireless & wireline services and Business Connect over the phone and by using technology tools
- Understand current and prospective customers' communication needs, business issues, and buying motives
- Deliver the right solution for clients' evolving business requirements with prompt and efficient service
- Utilize client business plan to create account plans
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by leading the account team to drive real and long-standing business value
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, agreements, and supporting documentation as required
- Use the TELUS online activation system and our POS system to process your transactions.
- Process contracts and other administration work required by the position. - Open or Close the store location and be available to work any shift the retail location is open.
- Ability to adapt to the evolving wireless/IT technology that drives our industry.
- Have a passion to work in an exciting and very competitive wireless/IT industry that is changing the ways people work, live and play.

- Outgoing go-getter individual who is not afraid to reach out to new or old customers
- Motivated by successful sales results and targets met or exceeded
- Competent, confident, competitive, assertive & have a desire to be recognized as an individual and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and someone who enjoys laughing with teammates and making the best of any situation.
- Motivated to overachieve minimum expectation levels of performance and challenge your teammates in contests and incentives.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Desire to grow as a professional through coaching and mentorship as we develop a career path with you.
- Good presentation skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Desire to be a part of a winning team.
