- Reporting to the Senior Director Marketing & Commercial Strategy, this strategic role focuses on a deep understanding of commercial challenges, developing and maintaining our global strategy to effectively address ever-evolving market dynamics.

With a logistics background, you will be instrumental in converting the competitive insights, emerging trends, and our organizational context into actionable strategies. Your main objective is to solidify our market position through innovative revenue streams, identify and seize new opportunities.

What You'll Do
- Spearhead (_analyze and recommend_) the global commercial strategy, aligning our response to the market, shifting from individual account needs to a defined global vision.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, our position in the market, market share movements, emerging trends, challenges, opportunities, and threats.
- Build and set up a competitive intelligence framework, democratizing insights and centralizing market knowledge from other teams.
- Cultivate a client-centric culture focused on understanding client needs and crafting solutions to address those needs.
- Foster strategic collaborations with key teams, ensuring insights lead to actionable strategies and reinforce organizational alignment.
- Stay connected with the industry: presence at trade shows, conferences, investigation of sponsorships, etc.

What You Bring
- Over 8 years of experience in logistics, sales or business development, account management, market analysis, competitive intelligence, marketing, strategic planning or similar.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, finance, or a related.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating market trends, identifying opportunities, and making data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of financial metrics, budgeting, and forecasting is required to develop and maintain strategy.
- Experience in cross-functional teams and collaborating with various departments, so leadership and teamwork skills are important.
- Resourceful, strategic thinker, takes initiative and problem-solving aptitude.
- Fluently Bilingual (English and French)
- The ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and adapt to changing market conditions is critical for success in this role.
