This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Documentation Development:

- Create and maintain detailed documentation for service delivery processes, procedures, and workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to gather information and insights necessary for documentation development.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date with current practices and standards.

2. Organization and Maintenance:

- Maintain the centralized location for all service delivery documentation.
- Maintain organizational systems to ensure easy access and retrieval of documentation for team members.
- Regularly review and update documentation to reflect any changes or improvements in service delivery processes.

3. Collaboration and Support:

- Work closely with the team lead and other team members to support the development and implementation of services.
- Provide assistance to the team regarding documentation and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback for continuous improvement of service delivery documentation.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Conduct periodic reviews and audits of documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Identify and address any discrepancies or errors in documentation promptly.
- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold the integrity and effectiveness of service delivery documentation.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Some college or university
- Adobe Proficiency:

- Edit and format documents effectively using Adobe tools.
- Stay updated on new features and best practices in Adobe software to optimize document creation processes.
- Canva Proficiency:

- Create Designs: Design visually appealing graphics for various purposes.
- Customize Templates: templates will be provided to you to produce content. You may be required to adapt and change the template.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
