About the Role
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting the Kin Canada team in all duties related to proactive and reactive branded content opportunities through pre
- and post-sale.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team with managing sales-related materials including RFP response and proactive sales packaging assembly
- Source and update statistics master file with latest industry metrics, data and trends
- Support Branded Content and Creator Management team with seasonal and talent-based programming ideation, stats sourcing & management
- Assist with the creation of outward facing marketing materials including presentations, newsletters, editorial calendars, media kits, and award submissions
- Assist coordinate B2B/industry facing marketing initiatives and events
- Administrative tasks such as data entry, legal agreement circulation, Creator SOW drafting/filing, invoice processing and completion of billing forms
- Office management including, but not limited to, sourcing required supplies, tech trouble shooting, sourcing snacks and client lunch orders for presentations
- Website administration
- Create sizzle reels, and other video assets, from scripting to editing
- Responsible for AdSense invoicing process

About You

**What We Need From You**:

- Currently enrolled in a marketing, media or business program seeking an internship to complete Co-op or WIL requirements
- Basic understanding of YouTube, digital landscape, and influencer business
- Proven ability to multi-task effectively within tight deadlines and competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail & organization
- Proven graphic design ability and high-quality taste level
- Very creative with a passion for marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint
- Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe, and Premiere
- Access to internet is a must, in order to communicate with the Kin team and deliver on project requirements
