We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and customer service-focused individual to support the day-to-day operations of our Enfield office and work with the Broker Support Team as the Listings Coordinator Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm. This is a 13 month position to cover a maternity leave (October 2024 through until the end of November 2025).
Your role will involve entering real estate listings and coordinating signs for the brokerage with our suppliers. You will be responsible for the execution of listings, communicating with various parties & agents involved in the transaction, overseeing the submissions and electronic files - all while monitoring rigid deadlines associated with a fast-paced, Real Estate environment.
- Entering real estate sales in an electronic filing system
- Entering Listings on Paragon
- Filing Listing Documents in electronic filing system
- Order signs up with suppliers
- Coordinate signs down with suppliers
- Attend Weekly Level 10 Meetings
- Other office, agent support and administrative-related tasks as required, including:
- Stat report compilation
- Social media assistance
- Database management
- Direct mail campaigns
- Electronic mail merges
- Postcard mailwalks
- Open & close Enfield office (turn on/ off lights, remove paper from print tray, lock door, etc.)
- Be a resources and first point of contact for a full roster of Enfield-area agents
- Maintain office supplies and order more supplies as needed (i.e. sign riders, RLPA branded folders, paper, pens, toilet paper, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Check PO Box & dropbox daily for agent mail, commission cheques and office deliveries
- Ensure duty schedule is up to date monthly
- Connect inquiring callers with agent on duty
- Greet members of the public as they come in
- Attend monthly meetings

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
