**JOB OVERVIEW**
As a Digital Delivery Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing the Digital Marketing, UX and Solutions (DMUS) department’s efficiency and effectiveness by identifying and implementing process improvements. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing existing design and development workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to streamline processes related to the delivery of digital experiences, technology solutions while driving operational efficiencies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of incremental and breakthrough process improvement initiatives. Your well-rounded understanding of digital marketing, UX and SDLC will be essential. You will report into VP, Digital Marketing & Solutions.
**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:
- Evaluate current DMUS processes, workflows, software releases and systems integrations to identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate digital procedures for any gaps; collaborate with staff to develop and propose practical solutions, including process redesign, automation, training, or technology enhancements.
- Lead awareness and adoption of DMUS processes by communicating proposed improvements and through collaboration with internal (digital) and external (non-digital) stakeholders and ensuring successful implementation.
- Facilitate intake process via different channels, champion adoption, going beyond coordination to owning and actively shaping digital workflows.
- Triage requirements and assign tasks to the appropriate digital teams and ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Gather and analyze productivity metrics and indicators to demonstrate process inefficiencies and track improvements over time.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects, employing methodologies to drive ongoing process enhancements.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and related process documentation to ensure that optimized workflows are effectively adopted and maintained by teams.
- Socialize processes across teams and document them comprehensively.
- Participate in project kick-off and discovery meetings to remain in-tune with business needs as it impacts digital resourcing and operational efficiencies.
- Work with Portfolio Manager, Product Manager, digital leads and digital teams focusing on digital operations.
- Actively contribute to our culture of justice, belonging, equity, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring that all staff feel represented and heard regardless of their gender, age, religion, ethnicity, and nationality or race.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in digital process improvement, process reengineering, or related roles.
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, or TQM an advantage.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Knowledge of project management and development tracking tools such as DevOps, SmartSheet, Jira, Excel etc.
- Familiarity with process automation and technology solutions is a plus.
- Certification in process improvement methodologies is desirable.
- Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively across departments.
- Change management understanding with the ability to influence others.
- French knowledge is a bonus.
