RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and manage engaging content for the company's online presence, using website content management systems (CMS) and other subscription platforms, ensuring that information is current, accurate, and in line with branding and messaging guidelines.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Utilize marketing automation tools to segment and target audiences for personalized marketing campaigns.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the company's digital marketing efforts.
Manage the company's online reputation and monitor customer reviews and feedback.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on digital marketing campaign performance.
Design visually appealing and user-friendly content to align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
Oversee outside vendors responsible for providing video and photo content, ensuring that the content aligns with the company's marketing goals and maintains high-quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
Proficiency in design with Adobe Creative Suite software.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), marketing automation software, and analytics tools.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Creative thinking and the ability to identify and act on opportunities.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Google Analytics and SEO certification is a plus.
