The Opportunity:
Neer Immigration Consultancy Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join

our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Reporting to the Director and the President, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible

for all communication touchpoints including the development and implementation of all Neer

Immigration Consultancy Inc. marketing and sales strategies related to advertising, branding,

and service promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Determine the Digital Marketing needs, support and participate in Digital Marketing &
Sales strategies and activities.
- Content development and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) management. Identify

opportunities and tactics related to website architecture and content to improve search

engine result rankings for target keywords. Champion SEO best practices with internal

stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of web, online and virtual event trends in B2B and B2C marketing to

suggest new ideas and identify opportunities to evolve and optimize our web

properties, strategies, and processes.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, results-driven communications strategy aligned

with the Neer Immigration Consultancy Inc. corporate brand growth and strategic goals.

- Prepare speeches, presentations, and reports for the Director and the President, and

coordinate events, activities, and communications.
- Meeting individuals, business owners, Government agencies and organization for

business promotion and client acquisition. B2B and B2C marketing.
- Selling organization services, develop clientele and ability to travel within Canada.
- Organize and participate in promotion events and represent the organization in a

professional, respectful manner.
- Other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

- University degree or a college diploma in marketing, advertising, business

administration, public relations, or related field. Master’s degree is an asset.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of brand building and management.
- Proven track record in successful social media handling, SEO management, and content

writing.
- Proficiency in internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions.
- Metrics-driven with excellent project management, multitasking, and time management

skills.
- Experience in publishing for print and web-media (Newsletters, Brochures, Posters,

Flyers etc.).
- Exceptional presentation, copy-editing, and communication skills with a strong creative

writing ability.
- Direct experience with promotional video production, graphic and web design, and

marketing-related software tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro, WordPress, and other

relevant software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Politically and culturally sensitive with a customer service attitude.
- High degree of energy, integrity, courage, empathy, and creativity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
- Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to travel when required.
- Experience in advocacy and government relations is an asset.
- Experience in Sales in an asset.
- Languages: English, Punjabi and Hindi. Basic French is an asset.
