- preparation of preconstruction real estate agreements of purchase and sale, schedules, amendments and legal documentation.
- experience in organization and maintenance of presentation centre office.
- preparation and distribution of daily/weekly marketing and sales reports as required.
- be comfortable with daily interaction and correspondence with Head Office and Sales and Marketing team regarding sales, cancellations and changes to agreements.
- be adaptable with responsibilities as essential functions may be modified at any time depending on business needs.
- and any other related administrative tasks.

**Salary**: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
