**About You**

As the **Content and Community Manager** at Total Life, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, fostering community engagement, and driving strategic initiatives. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work directly with the CEO on special projects, gain insight into the inner workings of a start-up, and make a meaningful impact on our growth trajectory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and strategic content initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
- Lead special projects, such as ambassador programs, to expand our community reach and enhance brand advocacy.
- Cultivate and nurture partnerships with community organizations, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content and community initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to optimize content creation, distribution, and performance.
- Serve as a key liaison between the company and its community, ensuring excellent communication and responsiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, community management, or related fields.
- Smart, intuitive, and strategic thinker with a passion for building ideas and developing processes.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Sharp, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong academic background with good grades, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
- Experience working directly with senior leadership on special projects is a plus.
- Pre-MBA role, providing valuable experience for career advancement and resume building.
