Our office in **Niagara Falls, Ontario **is looking for an efficient and organized **Fleet Administrator** to join the Fleet, Tool and Equipment team.

**Summary of the Role**:
Reporting to the Fleet, Tool and Equipment Manager, the Fleet Administrator will provide support to the Fleet Manager in the administration and management of all company fleet activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer GPS/Telematics accounts - including new orders, activations, updating information, and providing reports to the Fleet, Tool and Equipment Manager and external personnel.
- Maintain Vehicle CVOR and inspection schedules, certifications, and reporting.
- Work with Mechanic Foreman to schedule and maintain all equipment inspections on jobsites and in shops.
- Update Driver Abstract reports, vehicle incidents, insurance claims, maintenance records, and licensing.
- Process requisitions for external vehicle/equipment repairs, towing, and 3rd party rentals as required.
- Renew load permits, transponders, emissions reports, and XM/OnStar accounts.
- Maintain and monitor Fleet sign-off forms, ensure all proper documentation is current and on-file.
- Monitor MTO regulations and requirements and report findings as required.
- Provide backup support to the Tool and Equipment Administrator.

**Key Requirements, Experience and Skills**:

- Completion of post-secondary education is considered an asset.
- Prior experience in a fleet dispatch/coordination role would be an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Knowledge of MTO requirements for fleet vehicles.
- Experience in negotiating with external parties.
- Experience monitoring and maintaining telematics/GPS on equipment. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
