**Position Overview**:
As an Automotive Salesperson and Finance Manager, you will be responsible for showcasing our inventory to potential customers, managing the sales process, and providing financing and aftermarket warranty options. You will also ensure compliance with OMVIC regulations and prepare all necessary legal documents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Advertise Vehicles**: Promote our inventory through various channels to attract potential buyers.
- **Show Vehicles**: Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
- **Sales Documentation**: Prepare and manage legal OMVIC-regulated bill of sales.
- **Financing**: Provide customers with financing options, including loans and leases.
- **Aftermarket Warranties**: Offer and explain aftermarket warranty options to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- **OMVIC Registration**: Must be OMVIC registered.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in automotive sales and finance management.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service and communication skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to handle documentation and compliance accurately.

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: Competitive base salary plus commission based on sales performance.
