- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assisting in scheduling and coordinating meetings for Ness Revah, the real estate broker.
- Conducting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
- Classifying and organizing important documents for easy retrieval and reference.
- Engaging in social media posting and content management to promote the agency's services.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is a plus.
- Prior experience in a real estate environment or similar industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must be proficient in both French and English.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
