It is with enthusiasm that HydroSolution is recruiting to grow its team of representatives
Leader in the water heater rental market, 3 years ago we introduced the rental and sale of residential heat pumps to our range of products offered. We are therefore now looking for a motivated team who will increase heat pump rentals and improve the customer experience by responding to requests from the customer experience center
The main objective of the role is to increase the acquisition of heat pumps by concluding agreements directly during visits to customers and by completing all the verifications necessary for the installation of the Fujitsu product. No door to door, customers have already made requests via our website, you will only have to recommend the most suitable product and close the sale.
The team will report directly to the Director, Partners and Products, the representatives will have to travel to potential customers in the greater Montreal area.
**Responsibilities**
- Conclude rental or sales agreements with potential customers by visiting on-site before installation following their request for information;
- Make a rigorous estimate of the costs and work to be undertaken and submit an appropriate contract to the client;
- Maintain relationships with customers from the Customer Experience Center and carry out contract signings;
- Act as an expert to understand and determine customer needs in order to recommend suitable products;
- Complete the sales cycle directly on site;
- Work with partners to confirm appointments and ensure follow-up during and after installations;
- Achieve organizational objectives in terms of customer experience by respecting the pricing scales of installation partners;

**Optimal skills**
- Technical knowledge of HVAC/HVAC/Heat pump/Air conditioner products;
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a high-performance environment in sales (B2B) and new market development;
- Be motivated by sales and achieving results;
- Be recognized for his ease in creating connections and his interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrate autonomy, creativity and determination;
- Openness to learning more about our other products;
- Available to travel within greater Montreal
- Regularly use the Office suite (Word, Excel);
- Bilingual - spoken and written.
