**Responsabilités**
- Mener des activités proactives de prospection et de génération de leads pour créer un solide pipeline de clients potentiels.
- Qualifier les prospects grâce à un questionnement efficace et à une compréhension des besoins des clients, en garantissant l'alignement avec les offres de produits ou de services de l'entreprise.
- Collaborer en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales pour obtenir des informations sur les marchés cibles, les profils de clients et les opportunités commerciales émergentes.
- Planifier et coordonner les rendez-vous des représentants commerciaux, facilitant ainsi la transition des prospects qualifiés vers le processus de vente.
- Surveiller et évaluer en permanence les tendances du marché, les activités des concurrents et les commentaires des clients pour adapter et affiner les stratégies de génération de leads.
- Tenir des enregistrements précis et à jour des interactions avec les prospects et prospects dans le système CRM de l'entreprise.
- Fournir des commentaires réguliers aux équipes de ventes et de marketing concernant l'efficacité des efforts de génération de leads et suggérer des domaines à améliorer.
- Restez informé des développements du secteur, des mises à jour de produits et des offres concurrentes pour améliorer la connaissance des produits et l'efficacité des ventes.
- Démontre un engagement à atteindre et dépasser les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) liés à la génération et à la conversion de leads.

**Exigences**
- Expérience avérée en tant que représentant du développement des ventes ou dans un rôle similaire au sein d'un environnement de vente ou de développement des affaires.
- Solide compréhension des principes de vente et capacité à articuler efficacement les avantages d'un produit ou d'un service.
- Esprit axé sur les résultats avec un historique de réunions ou dépassant les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) liés à la génération et à la conversion de leads.
- Familiarité avec les systèmes de gestion de la relation client (CRM) et d'autres outils de vente pertinents pour gérer et suivre efficacement les prospects.
- Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, notamment les ventes, le marketing et le développement de produits.
- Proactif et motivé, doté d'un fort sens de l'initiative et de la capacité de s'épanouir dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution rapide.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps, avec la capacité de prioriser les tâches et de respecter les délais.
- Connaissance de l'industrie et des tendances du marché, avec la capacité d'adapter les stratégies aux dynamiques changeantes.
- Un baccalauréat en commerce, en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe est préférable.

- Stay informed about industry developments, product updates, and competitive offerings to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Demonstrate a commitment to achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role within a sales or business development environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to articulate product or service benefits effectively.
