**Job Summary**:
**Essential Functions**:

- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Support existing customer and coordinate the information between customer and Laura Secord Headquarters in Quebec.
- Developp the market with new customer and to identify business opportunity
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Create annual and monthly sales plans to deliver growth and maximize contribution.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.Manage outsourced merchandizing relationship to ensure merchandizing standards, sales targets and markdowns are managed as per budgets
- Identify the needs of FDM partners and create effective solutions based on core services to achieve revenue goals

Consistently meet/exceed revenue and contribution targets and goals.

**Experience & Education Requirement**
- Minimum 5 years experience of selling products that request a good technical knowledge.
- Bachelor ofscience and food technology or chemistry
- Bilingual : English and French (talking & writing)
- Good level working with Office tools (Excel, Office, Internet, Power Point, etc.)
- Impeccable presentation skills, polished and articulate.
- Experience in managing in a multi-location environment.
- Strong track record of achieving sales and growth targets.
