Duo Display est un leader mondial en stand d’exposition. Pour accompagner sa croissance au Canada et aux États-Unis, Duo Display recrute un(e) Conseiller(ère) à la clientèle. En tant que membre du l’équipe du service à la clientèle, vous avez en charge la gestion administrative des commandes clients et vous êtes l’interface entre nos clients et nos équipes de production.Type d'emploi : Temps Plein, Permanent

Horaires de travail : 8h30-17h00 (LUN-VEN)Responsabilités:

- Répondre aux demandes et questions des clients de manière professionnelle et efficace
- Conseiller les clients sur nos solutions et préparer des devis
- Prendre les commandes et les saisir dans notre logiciel de gestion
- Faire le suivi des commandes auprès des clients et de la productionExigences:

- 1 à 2 années d’expérience dans un poste semblable
- Excellentes compétences informatiques
- Excellente communication tant verbale qu’à l’écrit
- Qualités organisationnelles supérieures et capable de fixer les priorités et de respecter les engagements pris
- Capable de travailler aussi bien en équipe que de façon autonome
- Réel souci du détail
- Bilingue Français/AnglaisAvantages:

Duo Display is world leader in exhibit solutions. To support its growth in Canada and the United States, Duo Display is recruiting a Customer Service representative. As member of the customer service team, you are responsible for the administrative management of a customer portfolio and you are the interface between the customers and our production teams., Permanent

Work hours: 8:30am-5:00pm (MON-FRI)**Responsibilities**:

- Provide information and estimates to clients
- Accurately enter orders into the ERP system
- Follow up with clients and the production team on the status of orders**Requirements**:

- 1 - 2 years of similar work experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communications skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Able to set priorities, remain organized and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Fluently bilingual, both spoken and written (English / French)**Benefits**:
