AGI Food provides engineering solutions and project management services to the food & beverage industry.

**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with business unit manager to understand business unit strategy and direction.
- Directly or indirectly own business process documentation.
- Develop expert "power user" understanding in the use and operation of relevant software tools and systems related to their business processes.
- Provide software training to business unit staff.
- Serve as first point of contact for technical and process-related questions from staff.
- Escalate technical issues or questions to IT.
- Document the business requirements and communicate them to IT.
- Communicate priorities on IT backlogs from business unit/process perspective.
- Ensure business unit staff are following processes.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing of software changes and new solutions.
- Organizational change management and communications for business unit staff.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the business processes and standard operating procedures of the business unit.
- Create data consolidation, refinement, and analysis.
- Development of Business intelligence reporting interface strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business is preferable
- 7+ years of experience in operations or project management, lean training a plus
- Ability to lead a team and multiple projects
- Communication - written and verbal
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Process analysis and documentation skills
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
- General technical and software skills - able to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
- MS Office Proficiency (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams), Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Salesforce or comparable Business Intelligence and CRM software a plus
- Familiarity with major ERP software a plus
