**Job Title**: Cyframe Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- **Project Management**: Lead and manage the complete implementation lifecycle of the Cyframe ERP system across both plants, ensuring timely and successful project delivery tailored to manufacturing needs.
- **System Configuration**: Customize and configure the Cyframe ERP system to align with Tycho Poly Inc.’s specific requirements, ensuring optimal system performance across both locations.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with key stakeholders at both plants to gather requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions that support manufacturing processes.
- **Training and Support**: Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for end-users at both plants to maximize system utilization. Provide ongoing support and swiftly resolve technical issues.
- **Integration**: Oversee the integration of the Cyframe ERP system with existing software and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment across both locations.
- **Data Migration**: Manage the data migration process, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the implementation.
- **Process Improvement**: Analyze and map current workflows at both locations, recommending and implementing enhancements to streamline operations and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ERP implementation, with specific expertise in Cyframe ERP systems required. Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- **Industry Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the blown film extrusion process and industry-specific challenges.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in ERP system management, configuration, and data migration processes.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on optimizing business processes.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing cross-functional teams during ERP implementations.
