About You: You have a strong passion for sales and business development. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for implementing supporting processes. You excel in managing documentation and maintaining precise records. You are eager to learn and grow into the best version of yourself

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure accurate and timely processing of deals through the pipeline.
- Collaborate with Legal & Underwriting departments to ensure all required documents and information are obtained and to quickly resolve any issues that may arise.
- Provide excellent customer service to prospects and clients throughout the funding process.
- Support the Sales team in preparing reports and analyses as needed.
- Communicate and collaborate with prospective clients to obtain necessary approvals and documentation.
- Follow up with managers and departments on client status to ensure completion of all necessary documents.
- Help create and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency.
- Promote a collaborative team atmosphere by closely working with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and take ownership of timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
- Ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in sales support or customer service required
- Ability to present complex information in user-friendly language
- Experience in documenting support processes & procedures
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
