**Position Title - Inside Sales and Business Development Specialist**

**Position Classification - Permanent / Full time**

**Role and Responsibilities**:
I. Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information and developing accounts.

II. Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and identifying sales opportunities.

III. Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.

V. Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery date, and explaining stock-outs.

VI. Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.

VII. Provides internal communications for troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking customer issues.
