As the Employee Experience & Office Coordinator, your primary duties will revolve around effectively managing the administration of our newly established corporate office in Vancouver, serving as an onboarding ambassador for new employees, and coordinating a variety of engaging events and activities. A key aspect of this role will be to improve the employee experience by creating a deeper sense of connection to the organization, making each day in the office more engaging
The life of the Employee Experience and Office Coordinator includes:
- Providing exceptional support and coordination for our daily people operations
- Overseeing the administration of the new Vancouver corporate office
- Onboarding & orientation for new employees including managing the onboarding guide as well as supporting managers through new hire set-up responsibilities
- HR Administration/planning events for Corporate employees
For this role, come armed with:
- Effective communication skills, including strong verbal and written skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Ideally, you have post-secondary education and an excellent understanding of current technology. For bonus points, you have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
