This role works closely with the Manager of Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) and is responsible for developing L&OD plans/strategies that deliver high quality, end-to-end (design, development, implementation and evaluation) solutions that support TCHC leadership and tenant-focused culture.

**Hybrid Job**: This job offers the opportunity to work from home as part of a hybrid work arrangement. This arrangement will allow you to work some days at a TCHC work location and the rest of the time from home. The amount of time required to work at a TCHC work location is flexible, while considering operational and service delivery requirements.

**What you’ll do**
- Engage and collaborate with L&OD team members, client leadership team and appropriate stakeholders to consult, develop, execute and evaluate annual learning and development plan(s) including online learning programs, based on key performance indicators
- Provide end to end consultancy services to manage projects for both internal/external clients, related to instructor led or eLearning training program design, development, and deliverables
- Lead the design of needs assessments, the development of processes, and the evaluation of program effectiveness
- Design, procure, and coordinate appropriate learning & development initiatives based on identified needs, and manage relationships with internal/external clients as needed to ensure the delivery of appropriate L&OD solutions
- Produce high-quality, impactful learning programs (traditional or eLearning) and engaging educational materials to be hosted on learning management system (LMS)
- Monitor program compliance and other key performance indicators
- Assist with career path development and planning, identifying relevant competencies, helping employees set career goals and managing career expectations

**What you’ll need**
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or completion of a related undergraduate degree or certification program in Adult Learning Principals
- CHRP designation is an asset
- Working knowledge of change management and project management methodologies and principals
- 3 + years instructional/curriculum design and development experience with a focus on blended learning for instructor led, virtual instructor led, and eLearning programs
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement complex organization-wide programs
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
- Strong consultancy, stakeholder engagement and end-to-end learning life cycle execution experience
- Strong facilitation skills (in person and virtual) related to delivering L&OD initiatives
- Experience managing multiple projects and working both independently and with groups
- Experience working with learning management systems (e.g. Cornerstone)
- Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
