Farm Country Brewing is seeking a hardworking, organized, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our amazing team.
The primary focus of this position is to assist the Kitchen Lead in efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. This position is fun, creative, engaging, and hands-on in nature.
**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare high quality food items for customers daily
- Cooking on the line and following recipes and presentation guidelines accurately
- Keep kitchen areas tidy and organized and assist with scheduled weekly deep cleaning duties
- Follow food safety guidelines to maintain sanitized food prep areas, equipment, and utensils.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience cooking in a fast-paced environment an asset but not required
- Characteristics: energetic, hard working, efficient, organized and a strong team player
- Be available to work evenings and weekends
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (2 Doses)
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Tips
Work Location: In person
