Sales Manager

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop strong relationships and provide leadership, motivation and coaching to your sales reps to achieve sales targets
- Monitor the performance of sales reps and provide the necessary guidance to maintain or improve sales efficiency through regular one-on-one meetings
- Ensure sales personnel adhere to TriMech sales CRM and KPI requirements
- Conduct regular sales territory analyses to improve sales coverage, resource management and sales target attainment
- Hire and develop sales staff as needed
- Collaborate with cross functional teammates (fellow sales leaders, marketing, finance, technical, HR, operations, etc.) to improve and optimize processes, share ideas, and grow the TriMech business in your assigned territory
- Develop and implement standards for productivity, customer-service, and quality of service
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely 30, 60, 90-day sales forecasts and create plans to close any potential gaps in sales target achievement
- Prepare, document and review rolling 12-month sales pipeline and partner with marketing and sales to close potential gaps in future sales performance
- Prepare and submit annual sales plans, including client “book of business” assignment, sales rep quotas, etc.
- Be an advocate for “Team Selling” to ensure collaboration and cross selling
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
- Interface and build relationships with TriMech OEM partners to align growth opportunities and expectations
- Be an ambassador of the TriMech Way and our company culture
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5+ years selling enterprise software and or hardware solutions.
- Demonstrated record of success in direct sales role, including negotiating and closing large enterprise-wide software sales
- 3+ years Sales management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and manage sales professionals
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understand trends in the industry and dynamic nature of the market.
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to perform in a fast paced, results focused environment
- Ability to travel for in person meetings with customers and partners on a frequent/as needed basis within the assigned territory
