As the Administrative Assistant II you will provide a variety of advanced clerical and administrative support services for the department, as well as provide support for the management team where necessary.

**How you will create impact**:

- Providing administrative support to the leadership team and department as assigned including ordering supplies, scanning, photocopying, filing, sorting and distribution of mail and reports.
- Providing required support that includes database administration, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Acting as back up support for department team members during absences and peak periods, learning key responsibilities
- Monitoring monthly reports for accuracy and policy compliance and paying invoices and company expenses, ensuring deadlines are met.

- You have post-secondary education in Business, Communication, Administration, Finance or a related discipline.
