**What does the role involve?**:

- Provide project support by coordinating with Business Developers, Account Managers, Regional Managers, Field Engineers, contractors, designers, specifiers, and officials of codes and approvals
- Network and communicate with customers (buying and non-buying)
- Visit jobsite with salespeople, field engineers, fire protection specialists, or business developers to identify opportunities, understand complete project scope, and coordinate resources
- Conduct regular capture team meetings to provide direction/training on converting specifications to sales and on jobsite protocols
- Assist in increasing the sales and technical competency of the salesforce
- Obtain increased SoW by converting specifications, reverse engineering, and identifying new opportunities
- Review project specifications and plans to assist the salesforce in providing quotations on specified products and submitting alternates to non-Hilti specifications
- Utilize CRM system and capture plan to maintain records of contacts, specifications, sales, and action plans
- Establish and build high level contacts with assigned project contacts
- Coordinate the utilization of corporate services (PMO, Tool Management, Consumable Management) to integrate Hilti into the customers’ workflow
- Additional duties, as assigned

**What you need is**:

- Bachelor’s Degree is required; degree in engineering, project management, or technical field, preferred
- Master’s Degree in engineering, marketing, or business administration, preferred
- Four (4) years of trade, product management, or field sales experience, required
- Three (3) years’ experience as a BIM Project Manager, preferred
- Strong communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills, required; ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders, required
- Proven track record in achieving assigned results
- Demonstrated ability to gather data, conduct market research, and complete analysis
- Ability to lead Hilti project team through completion of assigned projects

- Normal office conditions, with some job site work required in mines, power plants, refineries, industrial plants, and remote project sites.- Up to 50% domestic travel, required.- Adverse Working Conditions:
- Job requires walking on simulated construction sites and uneven surfaces, and may include climbing scaffolding, ladders, and stairs
- Simulated construction jobsites may also lead to exposure of excessively loud noises; ear protection is strongly encouraged and may be required on some simulated jobsites
- High occurrence of sitting, standing, bending while conducted training exercises
- Safety Equipment Required:
- Hardhat, safety vest, safety glasses, gloves, steel toe boots, and long pants required for working jobsites; must observe and abide by any and all safety regulations as required by Hilti and Occupational Safety and Health Regulations (OSHA)
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk on construction projects, climb ladders and scaffolding, and able to lift and carry as much as 80 pounds
