Schedule:
_Full-Time_
- Monday-Friday
- Required to work one (1) to two (2) evenings per week; either Tuesday and/or Thursday until 8:00 pm
- Saturdays - Two (2) per month - _closed on all long weekends_

Dental Administrator Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
- Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
- Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
- Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts

Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities:

- Support the full-time Treatment Coordinator
- Encourage patient acceptance of the dental treatment plan by meeting their needs, answering questions and creating value for the proposed treatment
- Present treatment options, review payment plans, answer questions and overcome objections to motivate patients to case acceptance
- Build strong relationships with patients to ensure trust and loyalty

About You:

- Experience with ABELdent required
- 2+ years of Dental Administration experience required
- 1-2+ years of Treatment Coordinator experience required
