**réviseur(se) de contenu bilingue** pour son équipe éditoriale. Le poste est rattaché au bureau de Montréal, mais il est également possible de travailler à domicile partout au Canada. Le quart de travail disponible est:

- Lundi au vendredi de 15h00 à 23h30 (HE)

Sous la supervision d’un chef de l’équipe éditoriale, le réviseur de contenu travaillera auprès d’une équipe basée aux quatre coins du monde. Le rôle clé du réviseur de contenu consistera à promouvoir les services de distribution des relations publiques (PR) des clients et représenter une force dans l’édition et le service à la clientèle. Sa responsabilité première sera de réviser et de formater les communiqués de presse des clients soumis à des échéances rapprochées et de les distribuer via un réseau global de journalistes, de réseaux financiers et de sites web. Bien que ce poste n’offre pas d’opportunités de rédaction, il sera possible de se spécialiser dans la distribution de fils de presse et de fournir des conseils à nos clients. La clientèle de GlobeNewswire va de cadres supérieurs aux professionnels en PR de secteurs variés. Nous servons à la fois les entreprises de PR et de relations avec les investisseurs (IR).

**Tâches principales**:

- Trouver les erreurs de grammaire et d’orthographe ainsi que les incohérences dans les communiqués de presse des clients sans toutefois en faire la vérification des faits.
- Formater les communiqués de presse pour qu’ils correspondent le plus possible à la version originale du client et aux standards de l’industrie.
- Communiquer avec les clients par téléphone et par courriel.
- Assister notre clientèle avec ses besoins réglementaires, tels que les dépôts SEDAR et EDGAR.
- Aider à la maintenance de comptes clients, comme la gestion des listes de diffusion, l’ajout de nouveaux utilisateurs et de comptes et la gestion des bibliothèques multimédias.
- Favoriser le travail d’équipe.
- Connaître les autres offres de service de Notified.

**Instruction/Expérience requise**:

- BA en langue, en communication, en journalisme, en marketing ou expérience connexe.
- 1 à 2 années d’expérience professionnelle (antérieurement dans un fil de presse, un atout).
- Expérience en service à la clientèle dans un environnement à évolution rapide.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
