**Marketing Coordinator**:
The Marketing Coordinator is a fixed-term position that supports the marketing team by planning, coordinating and executing events, as well as assisting with various marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Provides support to the Marketing Manager and assists with a variety of marketing functions and communication needs;
- Plans, executes and attends events such as tradeshows, farm shows, and sponsorship events, including parades, golf tournaments, food drives, toy drives, or other community or business related engagement initiatives;
- Assists with the logistics of every phase of event planning from the initial stages to event set ups and tear downs to ensure events run smoothly;
- Travels across PEI to visit clients in their homes and record client testimonials;
- Captures photos and videos for content creation at job sites (such as installations), the office, while visiting the advisors or at other designated locations, and posts content on social media as directed;
- Maintains an inventory of sales and marketing assets (brochures, flyers, digital content, videos, graphics), ensuring all materials are current, accurate and readily available;
- Establishes and maintains strong professional relationships with vendors, picks up and distributes marketing materials and collateral from vendors in a timely manner;
- Travels to New Brunswick as needed for client testimonials, trade shows, events, and other marketing activities; and
- Assists the marketing team with a variety of tasks including administration, market research, project management and provides ad hoc support for campaigns or special projects as needed.

**Minimum Requirements**:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications or a related field or related industry experience;
- One (1) to Two (2) years of experience in a marketing or coordinator role, with a focus on event planning;
- Criminal record check;
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable and insured vehicle;
- Acceptable driver’s abstract;
- Flexibility to travel across Prince Edward Island and occasional travel to New Brunswick;
- Proficiency in English is required, bilingualism in French is an asset;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail;
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative;
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities to meet deadlines;
- Creative mindset, detail oriented with strong problem solving skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills; and

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
