In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every interaction is handled with precision and empathy. Here’s what a typical day looks like:

- ** Customer Interaction**: Engage with our Mobile service users to handle everything from basic account queries to technical troubleshooting, ensuring every customer feels valued and understood.
- ** Value Optimization**: Guide customers through our extensive product portfolio to find the best solutions that enhance their experience and satisfaction.
- ** Brand Advocacy**: Become a trusted voice of our brand, showcasing your deep knowledge of our offerings and instilling confidence in our customers.
- ** Performance Excellence**: Aim high and exceed not just the expectations set for individual performance but also contribute to team goals in a spirited environment.

**Qualifications**
- ** Experienced**: You’ve demonstrated your customer service prowess in retail, sales, or call center settings.
- ** Communicator**: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are second nature to you.
- ** Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and tools, including billing systems, internal platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- ** Resilient**: Self-motivated and adaptable, you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- ** Insightful**:Skilled in engaging customers by asking insightful questions to fully understand and meet their needs.
- ** Positive**: Armed with a “can-do” attitude, your customer-focused approach helps you handle challenging situations with sincerity and integrity.

** This position is 100% ‘work from home’ and you will need to have a suitable working environment (quiet, private, sufficient internet etc).
