**Title**:Data Center Receptionist
** Reporting To**: Sr. Director, Data Center Operations

**The Role**: The Data Center Receptionist is responsible for greeting all clients, visitors, and/or vendors at the front desk and verifying credentials with the online SSA system. You should be able to monitor and action security and building alarms to the correct parties in a timely manner, possess strong communication skills while answering the phone, understand the calls and ensure they are directed to the correct party. You will be part of a strong team working with and reporting into the Data Center Operations group.

This is a full-time position to be based on-site at our Data Center location in Mississauga, ON.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Process phone traffic and control lobby entry.
- Check SSA/Verify ID/ Assign card access badges accordingly.
- Monitor and escalate all security and building alarms/breaches.
- Monitor CCTV for unusual activity.
- Perform daily/monthly, quarterly audits for Card Access badges, keys,
- Accept and deliver incoming mail,
- Arrange shipping pick-ups.
- Reserve conference rooms bookings.
- Work with the Sales team for booking tours and lunches.
- Work with internal and external auditors for security controls.
- Able to multitask between front desk and Shipping.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values
- Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies
- Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements
- Additional duties as assigned

***Who You Are & What You’ll Bring**:

- Minimum 4 years working in an office environment.
- Strong Communication skills. (verbal and written)
- Ability to learn new procedures.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without visa sponsorship
- Must be able to work overtime if needed.
