At Partake, our mission is to craft a variety of award-winning, expertly brewed, low calorie, non-alcoholic beers that people are proud to drink anywhere.
The HR Manager is responsible fo rall HR elements at Partake including total compensation, performance management, employee lifecycle experience, culture evolution, and recruitment. The role will require the ability to coach and influence the Leadership team and support a growing team spread across North America.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Partnering with Partake's leadership team on HR pillars including: performance management, total compensation, employee lifecycle & succession & retention strategies
- Managing Partake's HR programs including: performance appraisal process, calibration and succession planning, learning and development, leading all internal recruitment and supporting onboarding/offboarding experience, employee engagement & wellbeing and Canada and U.S Health Benefits
- Reinforcing our culture and leadership principles across our dispersed teams.
- Initial point of contact to North American team in providing advice, problem resolution, and facilitation in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Provide guidance on North American human resource policies, procedures, and documentation; research, identify, and analyze specific employee relations concerns and make recommendations.
- Responsible for owning all HR systems, including, BambooHR and Lever, and working with third party HR partners as needed.
- Liaise with Controller as necessary to ensure they have the information needed to run payroll accurately and efficiently.
- Responsible for office management duties for Toronto location; facilitate IT support and deployment (e.g., laptops/monitors, internet, phones, AV at offices), establish and manage company policies, standards, and procedures, support development and scheduling of team events and workshops
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and transparency by providing immediate feedback to team members through coaching, training, and mentorship
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
- Responsible for maintaining the ethical standards of Partake Brewing including minimizing the environmental,health and safety risks in the workplace.Report potential risks,near misses and real accidents to relevant managers
