THE OPPORTUNITY:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic KPI Development and Implementation**:
Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for all departments to measure, analyze, and drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Performance Management**:
Oversee the entire performance review process, ensuring continuous feedback, goal alignment, and professional development plans that support high-performance culture.
- **Workforce and Headcount Planning**:
Develop and execute strategic workforce plans to ensure the organization is appropriately staffed to meet business objectives.
- **Employee Benefits Strategy**:
Manage and optimize employee benefits programs to enhance retention, engagement, and satisfaction, while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- **Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding**:
Lead recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational needs. Enhance the company’s employer brand to position it as a preferred workplace.
- **HR Policy Development and Compliance**:
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices. Provide guidance on complex HR matters.
- **Leadership and Employee Relations**:
Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, fostering a culture of transparency, trust, and continuous improvement. Manage complex employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**:
Leverage HR analytics and reporting to provide insights, drive strategic decisions, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (CHRP/CHRL) preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management or senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic HR planning, KPI development, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and best HR practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and implement strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per month
