**Serpa Motorsports (Authorized Yamaha and Suzuki Retailer) is looking for a Parts Manager.**

Serpa Motorsports on Yonge Street in Aurora is currently looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Parts Manager. Yamaha/ Suzuki and other motorcycle brand experience is preferred but all experiences are welcome.

**Responsibilities**:

- The Parts Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall success of the parts department both retail/ Internal and Wholesale
- They are also responsible for providing exceptional customer service for both retail & wholesale sales, accessories sales and finally ensuring the stocked parts in the department are well organized and available for our technicians.
- Promotional parts program/recall parts via Yamaha/Suzuki must also be maintained, ensuring the service department is always properly stocked with the necessary parts with the right priority in order to meet our company objectives of ensuring top-quality service to our clients.
- All factory training to be completed via web training
