Your mission? Collaborate closely with the marketing coordinator in order to nurture the new leads acquired, while taking care of the current customers. But who are these people? On a day-to-day basis, you will either work with professionals who are in management or consulting positions on HR teams OR with the head of the company managers or directors.

These people feel **overwhelmed by DEI** (diversity, equity and inclusion), or don't know where to start. And that's okay.
- Between someone who claims "there’s nothing more to say" and someone who wants to move on to a more "woke" company, what can we say?
- Between a lack of adhesion, harmony, retention or attraction, what do we do?

**Responsibilities
- Customer Experience**
- Follow up on the relationship with major accounts and execute the implementation of promotional strategies (advertising, special offers and others).
- Identify development and marketing opportunities in current and potential markets (including English Canada).
- Prepare sales statistics by markets and typical customers.
- Prepare various documents related to sales presentations (purchase orders, pitchdeck presentation, information kits, etc.).
- Coordinate with the DEI consultants on the progress of the mandates (client component).

- Meet with institutional clients (B2B) and present Elance's services.
- Analyze the needs of each client and propose the appropriate services according to the defined objectives.
- Follow up on the customer relationship, including multiple aspects of sales administration (price proposal, shipping, invoicing, updating the sales chart, etc.).
- Deal directly with all special requests from potential customers.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree in administration, marketing or other related field.
- A combination of equivalent experience and skills will be considered.
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) and English (written and spoken).
- Mastery of editing tools (Canva, Photoshop) in order to produce sales tools independently.
- Valids drivers license

**Working conditions**
- Salary based on experience, to be discussed (43k$ to 52k$ per year)
- Commission determined according to sales targets
- Annual bonus if sales targets are exceeded
- Annual vacation based on performance (minimum 15 days)
- Ten (10) days of sick/personal leave
- Flexible hours (based on meeting weekly targets)
- Per diem when travel to client sites is required
- Access to a network of contacts in the startup industry
- Compensation for technological equipment when telecommuting (depending on the needs of the position)
- Support for professional development, ongoing training and professional coaching
