Job Title: Commercial Lead, Alastin Canada

Location: Thornhill, Ontario (Hybrid)

**Job Description**:
The Commercial Lead for Alastin Canada will be responsible for the integration of Alastin into the Galderma Aesthetic Business. This role has marketing responsibility for the Alastin portfolio of skin care products and sales leadership responsibility for the sales field force that promotes and sells the Alastin product portfolio.

This position will be responsible for the development of sales and marketing programs targeted towards aesthetic accounts that sell skin care products. This role will work closely with the Global Business Unit and the Senior Director of the Aesthetic Business Unit in the development of impactful marketing and sales strategies supported by innovative tactical programs. This role will have budget ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
- Guides the Canadian Alastin product strategy and provides input to align with Global Strategy
- Develop Canadian promotional materials aligned with internal & external regulatory bodies and external agencies where needed
- Provide leadership and direction while meeting sales goals and managing the sales activities and development of sales representatives
- Implement strategic business plans to meet regional, area and company goals
- Implement and uphold all company compliance policies and procedures for self and region
- Drive the expansion of the Alastin portfolio in key accounts
- Owning and strengthening relationships with existing customers, developing, and cultivating productive relationships with new customers
- Collaborating with the Aesthetic sales teams, and sales and marketing leadership to identify Alastin
- Developing and leading the ROI framework, working closely with analytics partners while embedding this approach into the recommendation and decision-making approach of key programs/ proposals
- Management of brand variable marketing and sales budget, including inventory forecasting and accountability for financial objectives

Skills & Qualifications
- BS or BA preferably in area of science or business
- A track record of success in sales management and marketing roles in the Canadian skin care industry with a minimum of three years’ experience in people management roles and brand marketing leadership roles
- Bilingual is an asset as this role has national scope
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong financial acumen, including ability to articulate a P&L statement, effectively manage a budget, and forecast inventory
- Budget ownership and management skills
