Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and promoting our product line.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment
- Promote our product line and identify new business opportunities
- Source non-stock items and manage backorders
- Work closely with the sales team, credit department, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Bilingualism (oral and written) in French and English
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
