- 1. Take a lead role in the development, planning, organization, implementation, promotion, delivery and evaluation of Extension credit and non-credit courses.
2. Assist in the production of the Evening and Part Time Learning Opportunities Calendar.
3. Prepare Employee Service Contracts
4. Assist in hiring instructors for contracts
5. Monitor course activities
6. Maintain digital records
7. Monitor the work of office assistants
8. Work directly with Programs, Program Heads, Instructors, and delivery organizations across the province.
9. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other Continuing Education Administrators as well as internal and external partners
10. Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather information to develop budgets.
11. Prepare, submit, monitor, maintain, and review budgets.
12. Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of efficient operations.- QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE**Specific Accountabilities**

**Duties**

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)**
- 1. Grade 12 plus two years relevant post-secondary education, which includes courses in office management and administration, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

3. Demonstrated ability to accurately gather, compile, calculate, verify, and summarize data in the development and maintenance of budgets.
4. Training or experience at the intermediate level with common software packages, i.e. MS Office Suite.

6. Effective interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others in a team environment to establish, build and maintain positive working relationships and to ensure deadlines, goals and objectives are met.
8. Effective communication skills (oral and written).
