**JOB SUMMARY**

Primarily responsible for the implementation, maintenance and coordination of the quality system, ensures that AS9100, AS13100 & NADCAP requirements are met, as well as industry regulatory and legal requirements.

**DUTIES/RESPONSABILITIES**
- Ensures the preparation and oversees the conduct of all external audits.
- Works with the area specialist and process owners to ensure excellent audit results.
- Champions the internal audit process.
- Leads the corrective / preventive action program including the verification of effectiveness.
- Responsible for control and retention of all Quality Records including but not limited to the following: Operation sheets, audits, quality reports and graphs and other QA data and documentation.
- Ensures the validity of all training requirements related to the QMS and maintains the associated records.
- Assists in handling customer issues including customer visits.
- Corrective Action Board (CAB) meeting administrator.
- Review and implement quality system changes.
- Back up and support to other key quality personnel as needed.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Respects the values and code of ethics of the company.
- Respects the Environment, Health & Safety programs of the company.

**REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES**
- Ability to read and interpret industry standards (Aerospace).
- Knowledge of regulatory & industry standards (AS9100, AS13100 & NADCAP).
- In-depth familiarity with quality assurance systems, practices, and documentation, experience in manufacturing operation, experience in Internal Auditing.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision, Human relation skills, above average keyboarding skills, Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have good written and oral communication skills in French and in English.
- Must establish good relations with the management team.

**EDUCATION REQUIRED**
- Bachelor’s or college diploma in engineering/science field or equivalent work experience.
